Your heart is not made of glass–fragile and needing protection.
What you call heartbreak is actually blossoming–stretching open.
You feel the pain–like lactic acid when you stretch
of moving farther and more fully than you imagined possible.
Yet, in that stretch lies a world of possibility.
Do not begrudge the stretching.
The angels will assist you if you ask them.
Do not try to protect another’s heart any more than your own.
Hearts are malleable and infinitely expansive.
