Deep Medicine Circle
The Growing Cycle
The Deep Medicine Circle is a 7-week sacred journey from being stuck to flowing.
Just as the earth is releasing the life that has been dormant underground, we all have to make the journey from the seeds of unconsciousness that limit us and grow fully into the ones we came here to be.
Each of us has a metaphorical lid on our dreams. We can only go so far before we get tangled in limitations that say we don’t belong or that we aren’t qualified or worthy. But the world needs the medicine we have to offer.
In this circle, using hypnotherapy and other experiential tools, we will confront the trauma at the root of those beliefs. You may not think you have trauma, but if you experience limits, I guarantee you that something happened that lessened your opinion of your prospects. That “something” is a form of trauma.
Beyond the limits is a field of possibility and that’s where we’ll spend most of our time.
Together we will:
Align with the expansiveness of that energetic field
Release the residue of trauma and tell a new story about what happened
Identify unrealized strengths and inner treasures
Recognize the gifts you are ready to bring forth
Connect with helpers and guides from the unseen realms
Individually, you will each receive a private 90-minute session with me. (This is the only way I’m offering private sessions now--to members of this circle) With over 30 years of working individually with clients, I discovered that these sessions went much deeper because participants had been steeping in the group process, participating in weekly group hypnosis. When their private turn came, it was a phenomenal experience for them.

Just as a garden will only flourish if we weed it first, this circle will still include the important work of reckoning with the trauma that is creating a tangle of mental weeds.

The circle will convene over Zoom on Tuesday evenings from 6-8 pm Pacific time zone, March 3 - April 14, 2026.
