We keep having wars because war, and the hatred that fuels it, lives inside of us. This summer, we go within to find it, face it, and replace it with something more powerful.

On Memorial Day, we honor those who gave their lives in service to their country. While I honor the sacrifice of all who served, I am so beyond tired of adding to their numbers. I can’t imagine my grandchildren being forced to go to war and I don’t want anybody else’s children to experience that either. As a college student in the Vietnam era, I remember all the songs and the protests against that war. We were so naïve, thinking we could stop war. All war.
What if that instinct wasn't wrong, only the strategy was? Protests, after all, are a warlike strategy. They push against. They oppose. They divide.
"I believe that we keep having wars because war, and the hatred that fuels it, lives inside of us. We are addicted to thinking of ourselves as victims and others as enemies." ~Jane
War doesn't only affect soldiers. Its devastation extends to civilians, loved ones, the economy, the land, and all the creatures that inhabit it. It lives in our ancestry, in our cells, and in our collective consciousness.
Not a protest. A transformation... from the inside out. That is what this series is designed to provide.
We are addicted to thinking of ourselves as victims and others as enemies. And we love to don our capes and rescue the other victims from those hated aggressors.
We need deep medicine to antidote this tendency.
I’ve created a new program that I will continue to develop throughout the summer. I’m calling it The Summer of Love, Ending the War Inside Us. This series will take you within through hypnotherapy, to discover all the places war and hatred live inside you and replace them with love and friendship.
Before the full series opens, Jane is hosting a special live session on Memorial Day, a fitting day to begin the inner work of ending war. Come as you are. Bring your questions. Bring your grief.

In this 30-minute session, Jane introduces the Summer of Love series, explores what hypnotherapy can offer those affected by war trauma, and guides attendees in an initial practice. It is both a standalone gift and the opening door into a deeper summer of inner work.
The Summer of Love is a series that takes you within, through hypnotherapy, to discover the places where war and hatred have taken up residence inside you, and replace them with love and friendship. The series continues to grow throughout the summer. Here is where it begins.

Bestselling author, trauma healing expert, and hypnotherapist, Jane has guided thousands of people through the places that hurt the most. Past life patterns. Ancestral wounds. The beliefs formed in childhood that never stopped running the show.
Her approach is not about reliving pain. It's about releasing it at the root. With compassion. With precision. With tools that go where words cannot.
The Summer of Love series is a natural extension of that work, turning the lens of deep medicine outward, toward the collective wounds that keep us at war with one another and with ourselves.
